Online Proctoring Manager

In the previous modules, a number of proctoring notions have been provided. The trainee has acquired knowledge on the assessment process, on proctoring software and on the problems related to their management. Apart from this knowledge, a good Online Proctoring Manager must necessarily possess a series of personal and social skills, which will be essential to relate to others and successfully deal with all the events related to the proctoring process.

In this module, the following personal and social skills are presented:

They are discussed both from a strictly theoretical point of view and applied to a series of scenarios related to proctoring.
