In this chapter we will consider the important part of conflict resolution – the Decision Making. In conflict situation the leader must take the right decisions. And the time to take such decisions is to be the shorter the better. Usually it comes with experience, but it is also important to have a kind of a framework or scheme that will allow easily and quickly understand the decision-making process.
