Customer: Good morning. I have a reservation in the name of Johnston.'
Receptionist: 'Let me check on the system. Yes, Susan Johnston. You have reserved a single room for a week, and it is a bed and breakfast. Isn’t it?'
Customer: 'That's right.'
Receptionist: '(2).........................................? A passport or any identity card will be fine.'
Customer: 'Here they are both.'
Receptionist: 'Good. Could you please fill out this form including your name, address and other details?'
(1 minute later)
Receptionist: Could you sign at the bottom of the form, please? Your reservation includes breakfast in the morning.

Receptionist: Breakfast is served between 7.30 AM and 10:00 AM in the restaurant on the top floor.
Customer: What is the latest time to check out on the last morning?
Receptionist: You have to check out till 11:00 Am. If you don’t, you are charged extra.
Customer: 'I have an appointment tomorrow morning. Could I have a wake-up call at 6:00 am in the morning?'
Receptionist: 'Sure.'
Customer: 'Does the room have Wi-Fi?'
Receptionist: 'Yes, all the rooms have Wi-Fi, cable televisions and air conditioning.
Customer: 'That's good. I have to meet someone in one hour. Where can I leave my bags?'
Receptionist: 'You can leave them with me until you return.'
Customer: 'Thank you.'
